Trail Master Certification Class Sponsored by WI DNR and the Langlade Area Mountain Bike Association (aka LAMBA). July 27-30th. Langlade Wisconsin.
Trail Design Specialists’ Trail Master Certification Class will cover the latest advances in trail design, construction and maintenance with a focus on long term sustainability and ease of maintenance.
Participants will be provided with a detailed booklet specific to each segment of the course. Topics will include how to properly design and lay out a trail, how to avoid erosion and other environmental issues, how to handle user conflicts, proper construction techniques, how to rehabilitate existing trails, and a host of other topics.
The 4 day course will include both classroom learning and hands-on practical trail experience. There is no charge for the class instruction. $20 will be collected per person to obtain lunch for four days.

Note: I am told this is a very intensive class and the four days allow instruction well beyond the great two day IMBA classes.
