Club Rides come to an end 8/31----We will once again be riding the Alpha Trail/Crystal Ridge trails. 2 laps for men, 1 for Juniors and Women. 6:15 PM, Condition permitting.Cookout to follow with beverages and grills provided. Timed training ride free for all paid club members.  We'll be riding the now well worn lines used by the recent Alterra WORS  race. Riders of all abilities are invited. Registration open at 5:30, timing starts at 6:30.  Grill and chill to follow. Conditions permitting. May move back to Tosa for next week- looking for input.

Club "ride" continues this Weds. on the Alpha. Meet at the Alpha Trail head on S. 92nd St. This is a chance to pre-ride the probable Sport course for the upcoming Alterra WORS race. Yes we are riding the week...the Alpha Trail is drying out nicely and will be ready for this Weds.... 2 long laps. Meet in the Alpha Lot on S. 92nd St across from Whitnal Golf. "Riding" begins at 6:30.  This is a semi-competitive training ride for club members only. Join onsite for $30 a year. "Riding" is free and repeats Weds. all summer long, conditions permitting. Multiple locations are planned for this year so pay attention to e-mails and tweets.   The grill will be lit afterwards.

Another evening of MTB movies and lively discussion is on tap. Doors will open at 5 PM with flix running continuously til 9 PM. The grill will be lit, so bring something to cook. Soda and Louie's Demise for everyone...$5 for paid Metro members, $10 for guests.. All proceeds go to local trail development.See More

It's trail building season!! The bugs are gone and temps and humidity are down. Help put the final touches on the Oak Hill Trails in Tosa. We will be installing signage and more armoring on the trails along the Menomonee River. Working from Noon til 3 PM followed by a grill and chill for volunteers.
