February Mega Meeting Part 1--the Ride..This will be an all abilities tour of the western Milwaukee trails. Wheels up from Benno's at 1 PM--planned route includes the Hank Aaron, UPS Woods, the Tosa Trails and Honey Creek. Fall social mountain bike ride for METRO members and their guests.  This approximately 25 mile ride will include miles of urban off road riding.  Ride leaves from Benno's at 10 AM.  Bring your helmet and money for refreshments.  Please indicate your intention to attend so we can plan for the Oak Hill stop.

The 2011 Weds. Club Rides come to an end 8/31----We will once again be riding the Alpha Trail/Crystal Ridge trails. 2 laps for men, 1 for Juniors and Women. 6:15 PM, Condition permitting.Cookout to follow with beverages and grills provided. Club "ride" continues this Weds. on the Alpha. Meet at the Alpha Trail head on S. 92nd St. This is a chance to pre-ride the probable Sport course for the upcoming Alterra WORS race. Open to paid WORBA members only, we will be doing 2 long laps (1 for women and juniors) including the HD Line, Craters of the Moon, O'Malley's, the Ski Hill Descent, Small Intestine, Road Climb, the New Cap, Kevin's Heaven and the Alpha.
