According to Fat Tire Guide both trails are 4 technical 3 aerobic ( crystal ridge/alpha is a 3-3 for reference)

Milwaukee River trail work day?
Are we going to be working on the trails tonight (weather permitting)? If so, where are we meeting?
I do also owe the group an apology. I can not hold Metro in anyway responsible for what happened in Cambridge Woods. My attitude posting during a past trail maintenance day was uncalled for.
